The AI may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or contextually inappropriate responses. Always apply your own judgement to any insight provided.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Lumina. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to belong to users under 18.
Some features of Lumina require you to create an account via Manus OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Lumina offers a free tier with limited access and a Pro tier available for a one-time payment of £6.99. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing Pro access, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the Service and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable UK consumer law (Consumer Rights Act 2015). If you believe you are entitled to a refund under UK law, contact us at [email protected].

The AI-generated responses you receive are provided for your personal use only and may not be republished commercially without attribution.
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Lumina shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on AI-generated insights.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for Pro access (£6.99).
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
